The document is a single page from "A Presentation of the Facilities of Southwestern University Georgetown, Texas Available for use by the Government of the United States in the War Emergency" which was a report produced by Southwestern University for the consideration of the university for certain war projects. This specific page is one of the final pages in the report. It is a typed page in the same style as the rest of the report on a beige unlined page. It has three distinct sections with the first paragraph having numbered items and underlined statements in the second paragraph. There are distinct gaps and indents between all of the paragraphs.
